HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER. To place an order please call us on 0208 858 8158. Cheques and postal orders are accepted as payment. Please send cheques to: Sika Designs, 5a Greenwich Market, Greenwich, London SE10 9HZ made payable to Sika. Alternatively please buy online using our online boutique. DELIVERY All items will be delivered within 10-14 working days unless agreed otherwise. We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage arising from non-delivery. POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COSTS Postage and packing charges are £5.95 for orders consisting of 1 item and £8.95 for orders consisting of 2 or more items. For orders above this amount and orders outside the UK, postage and packaging cost will be handled on an individual basis. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS If on delivery, goods are found to be defective then we must be notified in writing within seven days of the date of delivery otherwise no liability will be accepted. In the event that we require the return of goods then we reserve the right to specify the method of return. It is at our discretion to either replace the goods or issue a refund. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS/RETURNS If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item in a saleable condition within 7 days with your proof of purchase (receipt), for a credit note or an exchange. Returns will not be accepted except by prior arrangement agreed with us. Where a special order is cancelled, a charge will be made for work undertaken. For this reason, special order deposits are non-refundable. Postage and Packaging costs will not be refunded on any returned items.
